Thank you for choosing Blue Book to plan your upcoming travel experience!

We are grateful for your trust, and we will promise to do everything in our power to make your trip comfortable, exciting, and fun!

In order to help us do this, we ask that you please keep the following points in mind. Please read the following sections carefully, and sign at the end acknowledging your agreement to the terms.

The total amount payable is dependent on the length of the trip you wish to take. The fee for a seven day trip is KD 300, and each subsequent day is an additional KD 50. The seven days include the day of arrival and departure, as we will also provide you with flight options and airport transportation options.

Trips that last less than seven days will be charged at the same rate. Note that this trip is based on one city.

To proceed with planning your upcoming trip, we ask that you nominate a Lead Traveller from your end, who will act as our official focal and contact point, and who we will depend on to make decisions. We also ask that you all fees are paid in advance. This amount is non-refundable in any case, and represents a seriousness and commitment on behalf of the traveller to engage the services of Blue Book.

In order for work to commence, an in-person or telephone meeting is to be arranged to understand the Lead Traveller’s trip preferences. If this is not possible, a list of questions will be sent by email to the Lead Traveller to answer. Only after the meeting has concluded, or the emailed questions answered can work commence.

All communications between Blue Book and the Lead Traveller are considered official so long as they are in writing in English or in Arabic.

The main method of communication will be e-mail and should only be between Blue Book and the Lead Traveller. WhatsApp messaging is also acceptable, so long as feedback is provided in writing, and not in the form of a voice note.

Blue Book will put together a comprehensive plan which takes into consideration the Lead Traveller’s preferences regarding hotel, activity, dining, and transportation options, as well as their prices (accurate at the time of research – this will be documented in the form of screen captures). Other individualized special requests will be researched and presented accordingly.

Please keep in mind that price and availability changes may occur at any moment, and this is beyond Blue Book’s control.
The presentation will be submitted in two parts, to be able to provide vital information on flights and hotels that is current and accurate and will include the following deliverables

- Flight options (if required - up to 3 – submitted within 2 working days).
- Hotel options (if required - up to 3 – submitted within 2 working days)
- Daily activities and tours (one per day – excluding free day)
- Restaurant options (up to 6)
- Information on getting around the city, options for your free time, safety information, and expected weather.
- If you have any specific requests or requirements, please make sure these are known in writing prior to the start of planning.

Any additional items not mentioned above that are important to the Lead Traveller must be submitted by email to Blue Book prior to the start of the project.

Each presentation will cover one city only. The presentation will be sent by email to the Lead Traveller within 7 working days, or at a date mutually agreed on by the Lead Traveller and Blue Book.

The Lead Traveller must provide written feedback on the initial plan within seven (7) calendar days. If this period elapses without hearing back from the Lead traveller, the project will be considered closed, and in order for Blue Book to work on this project again, will be charged a “re-opening” fee of KD 150.

Charges for amendments after the seven days have elapsed.

Note: Amendments refers to changes made to the submitted plan of the city the presentation covered. If the Lead Traveller would like to change the city, this will be considered a new project and will be priced accordingly.

Any time a project is completed, and the Lead Traveller requests additional changes, this will be considered a new project, and will be charged accordingly. (i.e. KD 300 for the first seven days, and each subsequent day is an additional KD50.)

Only 3 rounds of changes will be worked on before the project is considered complete.

Any time an updated plan is sent to the Lead Traveller, he or she has 7 days to either approve or provide feedback. Once this period has elapsed, the project is considered closed.

Once a plan has been approved, Blue Book will provide the Lead Traveller with links to the each of the accommodations and services outlined in the approved presentation will be sent to the Lead Traveller to proceed with their reservations, and all subsequent communication should be between the Lead Traveller and the respective service provider (i.e. hotel, tour guide, transportation facilitator, etc.). Contact details will also be provided to the Lead Traveller.
